Top Five Debate:

Delegates chosen for the Top Five will face each other in a debate-style session. All five candidates will be given the same question and will have the opportunity to share their views with the audience and judges. Delegates will be judged on their confidence, poise, eloquence, knowledge of the question/subject matter, ability to effectively answer the question presented, and their charisma.
